I am so excited to finally be a member of Quilters Club!  What's funny is that I've never made a quilt!  Really it's sad.  I want so much to to do one but I am so nervious about making a mistake.  Right now I have to finish embroidering @100 t shirts for my husband's family reunion.  I am hoping to start doing one.  I want to do a large star burst or something to that effect.  We'll see.

Gaynell Leming from Mont Belvieu, Tx 15miles South of Dayton, 25 Miles east of Houston. I have some knowledge of quilting but consider myself a BEGINNER.  I quilted some as a child.  I was reared in Marshall, NC.  but have lived in TX for 40 years.  I am in the process of making a quilt out of Pons & Porter Easy Quilts, called Beautiful Voices, Spring 2010. We have an adopted son who is 10 yrs and has natural talent of violin & piano, I am doing his room in musical motifs.
