  • Water-soluable

Threads, stabilizers or marks that dissolve when wet. Water-soluable materials are often used by quilters to temporarily mark a quilting surface, stabilize a quilt block or temporarily stitch elements in place. After the quilt is finished the water-soluable elements are washed away.
