• Halloween Mug rug

    My quilting guild had a exchange of mug rugs with a Halloween theme. The directions were to make it big enough for a cup of coffee and a cookie (or two). While watching Harry Potter I got the idea for a cauldron. Witches brew and cookies too was born.
  • Whirleygig and Bumblebees

    Whirleygigs and Bumblebees was made as a baby blanket for my Aunt's grandbaby, Cole. I made the quilt from 100% cotton and the batting is two layers of 80-20 cotton batting. I machine quilted it freehand. I am so happy that they are using it.

  • Future Vet

    I made this baby blanket for our Vet who was about to have a baby boy. I found the material at my local quilt shop and it was a must have. I hope the like it.

  • Warm lap quilt

    My Mother-in-law is in a nursing home. She is always cold. Her hands are the worst. So I made her a lap quilt that has a muff like fur lined pocket on the front. I put her name on it so it will be easily recognized as her's. The bolck is a Civil War block called Order #11. I backed the quilt with flannel so that it would stay on her lap better.

  • It's a girl

    This is the quilt top for the quilt I made for my brother's first baby. Made in coton, this picture is prior to quilting. I quilted it to the n-th degree. I wanted it to be something that she would not be afraid to use. This is the first quilt that I quilted on my new Lizzy 18. ... More to come

  • Harry, Donkey, and Shreck make three

    I found a wonderful panel with Shrek and Donkey on it. I hand quilted the panel, trying to make Shrek's face stand out. I added the side panels with Harry's name and embellished the sides and corners with designs. This is a lap quilt for a wonderful young guy to lie on or cover up with while watching TV. This quilt was made prior to my new Tin
