    This quilt was inspired by Hawaii but the pattern was from the mainland. It is a Crazy Old Ladies pattern but 100% of the fabrics are from Kauai, HI. It was such fun to make! It belongs to my 6 year old son but he let me borrow it to display at work. Thanks, Luke!

  • Easter Runner

    Saw this pattern on the cover of a magazine and HAD to make it. I really enjoy "decorating" my table with the seasons or holidays so I hope to make a series of these. This one I purchased the kit for as the number of different materials was intimidating .... and I don't have an extensive fabric collection - yet :) My 8 year old did all

    This is my first quilt, other than T-Shirt quilts. It took me almost 4 years from start to finish, although I paid much more attention to it the last year or so. The pattern is from a quilt shop on Kauai, as are almost all the fabrics. Thank God for You-Tube videos on paper piecing or I'd still be there!
