Do try to have many twin beds rather than larger beds that people might have to "share." Although sharing is a good option for many, sometimes people would rather have their own beds. Do try to have LOTS of plugs and more than one electric circuit. Check with your electrician or contractor about that one for suggestions.

I just made some fantastic meatloaf!! 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. Bob Evan's Farms Italian Sausage, 1 C Oatmeal, 2 eggs, 1/3 C BBQ Sauce, 1 t. sage, 2 t. onion powder, 1 t. garlic powder, 2 t. chili powder, salt & pepper, 1 t. celery seed -- I think that's it.
