  • Re: Walking Foot Verses a Stitch in the Ditch foot.

    I may not be an expert, as I have only been quilting for a few years, but what i have found is when I am stitching in the ditch, I use my 1/4 inch foot rather than my walking foot…no matter what you use, don't try and rush it, go slow, stay in the ditch and just enjoy the journey….that is what makes it so rewarding :)!     Hi everyone! Haven't been on since Camille's transplant, but things are going fairly well with a few bumps along the way...she was only home 2 days and had developed an urinary tract infection (there were questions as to whether it may have come with the donor kidney),back to the U of M we went and it took awhile for them to identify the bug

    CC I remember those days!!! I used to have to get up at 5:00 am to take the kids to swim practice ..they all swam on the HS swim team...had to be in the pool at 5:30am and then had practice after school and it would be absolutely freezing would use half a tank of gas warming up, driving the 15 miles up and back and then they'd have practice after

    Hi Girls, haven't had much time to do anything but care give for my Grands and take care of my mom, but wanted to give you a quick update....Last time I was on, we thought Miss Camille was going to get a kidney from her Aunt, but in the last test ( a kidney function test), her aunt only had 76% and for a baby it had to be 85%...so she was ruled

    Maggie, I'm so sorry to hear about your pet :( , they truly are like family and its tough to have to say goodby.. I also suffer from arthritis, mine tends to move from spot to spot annoying and wiping me out, knees, hips, sometimes a shoulder, or my joints in my foot will hurt...I don't like the NSAIDs either and found that Glucosamine and Chondroitin

    Oh, I forgot the other good news! My sister in law to be...(our living donor) for Camille's kidney has one more test to pass and we will be on our way to transplant in Wisconsin!! Hopefully within a month or two!!! I just make sure my seatbelt is fastened at all times for this ride :!!! (Can you tell I only live a half an hour away from Cedar Point
