My engineer didn't care for the heart block on point. He wanted them all to go the same way so we didn't do that one. It was cute though. I actually saw a completed quilt at Hearts Like Yours in Spokane, Wash. My new haunt!

thank you Barbara, hey can anybody tell me how they got those cute signatures on their letters?

Hubby and I are trying to integrate more "sense" when it coomes to the brown fabric he loved. Can't wait to see our collaboration on Arpil's blocks!
-
hahahah, yea...the Engineer is so happy we went with something simplier for April! HEEHEE

Phew, now to get back on track with Aporil's blocks....I still need to ge the pin cushion uploaded someone asked me for.
-
Tadaa...... I finally got them done!

Yepper I can do that. We were given old wol shirts from a congregant who had passed away. i made the cushions first for his wife and daughter then we sold the rest for the building fund. On my way to our sewing group but I will upload it when I get home tonight.

I found felt christmas ornaments on line and worked up the patterns to turn them into needlecases. Just a bit of cotton quilt batting between all the layers. I have some strawberries dipped in chocolate that I did also. Cant find the picture right now. I am working on a geisha girl and Hello Kitty for my new daughter-in-law.

As you can see I get bored easily and keep changing the Needle Case Whimsies as I call them. the ladies get a kick out of the new ones Icome up with for them to sell. It is a game.
