Re: Can't Log In to QCA on a Windows 8 machine running I.E. 10

I am having the same issue, had password and user name reset ,,but I can't log in on my HP laptop with Windows 8.. It shows the Avatar but it won't let me do anything else. I will be watching to see if someone can help.
