    Thank you Marie and Debbie. I think I am going to start doing that. (Carrying a snack in my purse on the weekend.) I think I will also make sure we eat lunch before we take off to do anything. That should help. Congrats to everyone that has been making healthy changes. Remember one day at a time and not to get down on yourself for slipping a day up

    Let me know what you think when you get it set up. One thing I do for practice is my guild makes baby blankets for charity and I practice quilting on some of them. :)

    I weighed in this morning and I weighed 227.6 lbs. That is down 3 lbs. from last week. YAY!!! I think I have the weekdays figured out but, the weekend is trouble. Saturday we had to some running around and didn't want to eat unhealthy so we ended up not eating enough. Sunday we had to some more running around and just gave up and completely ate

    I have the Grace King with the Juki 2000 I really like it. My only complaint is the amount of space you have to quilt. I suggest that you mark the end of your machines reach with pins so you know where it is otherwise, if you are like me, you will end up hitting the end of your area all of the sudden and have an out of place flat line. I got the stitch

    I've been looking into the scrap therapy book this morning and, I was kind of bummed out. I wish they would make more books available on ereaders. Well, I guess I'm going to head over to Barnes and Noble and pick the book up.

    I am starting day 5 of 6 small meals a day and, it seems to be working well. If I start to get hungry I know I'm never far from a meal. It helps that my DH is playing along. :) We eat at 6,9,12,3,6,7:30 or 8. I have lost weight but, I am holding off reporting until my weigh in day on Monday. It will motivate me to stay with through the weekend.
