Hi everyone! Been doing the garden thing too! Have to take advantage of the beautiful weather we're having. Unfortunately, Moving and hauling 36 sidewalk blocks, 200 large pavers, clearing and prepping the existing gardens and planting new perenials for 8 hrs. over the last two days has left my body aching in places I didn't know were there

From large flakes of snow covering everything yesterday to full sunshine and 20 deg. celcius (about 75 faren.) today. But I'll take it. Finished step 3, guess now I have time to cut out another quilt this week. Very nice Lashawn, I really like the colors you are using. Will post pics of my progress a little later on. Cheers everyone!

Hello Erin, from another newbie, I just joined Apr 13 and am enjoying being a member of this club very much. I'm presently working on the MQ6 project which is turning out to be alot of fun. Good luck on your "Turning Twenty" quilt, perhaps we can all see a pic of your progress or even when the quilt is complete. Cheers!

Patti, love your mixture of colors. Welcome Ms Moommist! Just about finished step 3, found it much faster than the other steps we've done so far. I'm finding myself very intrigued to what this quilt is going to look like and I must say I like what I've seen so far. Have a great evening everyone!

Good morning everyone! Just about to start to step three but I love to read the recent chat from you all. Got up this morning to lovely fluffy snow - aw Canada in the spring! We don;t often get snow this late so I guess I'll just think of it as frozen water and think of all the green that will come from it! Cheers!

  • Re: Questions on Step 3? Ask here.

Sandy, my question has been answered re: the quantity of remaining 4.5" squares, but I just wanted to commend you in your patience. I see after reading the discussions that the same question is often repeated. I also wanted to thank you for the clear instructions as they are making this project so much easier than it otherwise could have been.

Hello everyone! Just printed out step 3, and just finished step 2 this afternoon. Well, I feel caught up now. I just love the mystery in this project, every new step makes me more curious than the last. I think it's going to be a very interesting quilt. Welcome Fletcher! Are you new to quilting or just the MQ part? I'm really new to both so
