    Marsha: I feel you, there is a reason mine is called bumping hayride. I still need to quilt mine. It is sandwiched, thread bought, but not under the machine Still looking. Not sure if I will be doing this one or not. If I do. Still waiting for more hints, and measurements. Lap size can mean a lot of different things to some. It did make me think of

    well I am getting ready to go on vacation. I will be in Portland on Saturday and then back again to drop off my son on Wednesday or Thursday. I will be near..., aka , in, Fabric Depot. the largest fabric store I hear. So, if there was a fabric list out that would be great. I mean like honey I went fishing with you ha ha

    I agree, it should be fine, unless there is something obviously wrong with it. I use cotton like Judy does. I just got some that is only 50% cotton and the other 1/2 is a rayon made from bamboo. I thought I would give it a try. It was a trusted brand. So far it feels and seems just like the cotton. I have it sandwiched but haven't started the quilting

    yes they are sneaky critters. And i guess I need to try to beat my husband home from work. After hearing me open a new spool of thread. He made the comment that it seems to be christmas 365 in this sewing room. I have some packages coming in the mail that I need to stash before he gets here, ha ha shhh

    Oh have the thread and quilt is sandwich. But where is an empty bobbin when you need them. I swear they run away with the other sock or something

    Annette, I love your quilt. The color is so warm and cuddly looking. It makes me think a little bit of a maze too. And Carol yours looks so summery, country fair and farewell to summer all rolled into one to me. A little retro too Hopefully tonight after work I will mine layed out and sandwiched. have decided on the back, batting and (mostly the) thread
