I changed my profile picture, now everyone can see I am a real person! :) I will let you guess which one is me! This is in Hawaii two summers ago. What a beautiful place!

Hi Jeanine, I'm not sure if I am replying to everyone, or just you. I joined this club in April and am still learning how to navigate the site. I purchased an Innova in December 2010. It is 12 feet long, 18 inches deep, no computer. I finally feel like I am getting a hold on the workings of the machine. Needless to say, I bend the learning curve

Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes and suggestions. I will look into QNNtv and see what they have to say about longarm quilting. I'm glad you like my last name, it is pretty cool for a quilter to have!! :)

Thanks Judylee I will look for the long arm section. I am having trouble with tension, thread was pulling to the back on the last quilt. (Not to mention the tension it caused in my neck!) I read some really good tips in Love of Quilting article. I am going to load a couple old bed spreads to try and play with it and try some of these techniques. Mary

Hi everyone I just joined today. My name is Mary Quilty, yes that really is my last name! :) I married into the name in 1990, but did not start quilting until 2005. My husband always teased me that I do not have to live up to the name, but I just took an interest in quilts and wanted to learn how to make them. So, I guess it was meant to be. Are there

Oh boy I thought I was the only crazy one. Your comment really made me chuckle, because I do this all the time. I'm like a kid in the candy shop when I go to the fabric store. So yes I would say this is fairly normal since there is one other person out there who does this, ME!! :)
