I wonder if freezer paper could be used or if sewing on that would hurt my machine. I could press it to quilt top. Are you taking about something like solvy thin plastic film?

Posted question on nephews quilt so i guess i'll transfer design from book onto tear away then sew on nephews quilt as i don't have any other ideas to get it from book page to quilt since its already sandwiched.

Peony's are beautiful. I got that message today site unmanned loging error today. Waiting for answers to question i posted. Finally we got some rain it'll help my plants take root. Want to work on Nephews quilt today So I guess I'll start cutting tear away squares unless one of you give me a better idea.

I have my nephews quilt sandwiched. I see a motif in a book i want to use should i mark the design on tear away to stitch it on sandwiched quilt? What are your ideas?

I'm gonna revise my list one of each category will do in new machines pfaff, Viking, HQ Tiara you get my idea, add the grace then maybe i can decide but for now i want them all. Am I asking for too much .. it sure would be fun test driving them all.

Nana you have some great machines! I'm having tiara dreams again, but when it was demonstrated i thought designs were preprogrammed and found out it was free motion. I have more studying to do. Hasn't rained here yet but i see lightening in the distance. Now I'm wondering about pantograms everyone talks about is that only for longarm machines

I just found one like what i was talking about in show and tell its called lone star it just reminded me of a circle in center because it is done in rings of color.

I'm still searching for the pattern one that i'm remembering now is actually a dresden that isn't a star but i've got it my eq7 somewhere that i don't know the name for block. the other is a star that looks like its completely made from diamond shapes, but it looks most challenging.
