    Weezee - Where can I find the pattern for the sleeping bear quilt???? So adorable!! Unfortunately, I have NO artistic talent to draw the applique myself - I've been known to screw up a stick figure! Thanks in advance!

    Marsha, just saw this post...have been away from the forums for a while since I've been so busy with quilting projects! I just ordered and received a walking foot from an online store that was supposed to fit my Viking Mega Quilter. Well, tonight I discovered it doesn't (first time I've had a chance to get it out) - can't put the presser

    Spudgrandma - I use a trick from my cross-stitch days....give the fabric a soak in cool water with vinegar added. The vinegar "sets" the color.

    So glad to hear of successful back surgeries!!! You ladies certainly are the first :) But like anything else, I suppose there's the good, bad, and the just plain ugly! Kind of like when my stepdaughter was going in for gastric bypass...several of my customers wanted her phone number to try to talk her out of it....one ended up with no stomach at

    Just catching up on all the posts...love everyone's work! Judy - If your pic that accompanies your posts are recent - you look MAHVALOUS!!! for 72 (at least that's the age I THINK I read...forgive me if I'm adding some years) - never would have guessed! We share something else in common besides quilting...I also have degenerative disc disease

As for me, I got exactly one seam sewn on a quilt in progress this morning...then spent the ENTIRE DAY tearing apart the ENTIRE house looking for a table topper pattern that I purchased not once, but twice!!!!
