    I thought I'd mention something I learned at the Mid-Atlantic quilt festival in Feb. Tin Lizzie no longer has dealers selling machines for them. They decided to create regional centers around the country so they could solve the problem of dealers who were less than ethical. Taking 3 months to repair something or get a part is entirely the dealer's

    I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner. I've had excellent customer service with Tin Lizzie. From day one. I highly recommend Tin Lizzie because their customer service has been so wonderful. The Tin Lizzie factory workers are the people who handle tech support. They are working in the factory the first part of the day, and they end the day with

    http://www.redroosterfabrics.com/ You've probably already been to this website, but it was new to me. There are dozens of free patterns on this site. I'm impatiently waiting for a ruler foot to arrive, it's been backordered over a month now. grrrr Gotta find SOMETHING to do while I wait. LOL

    I forgot to add... I bought my second ruler foot from another company, it's that company that has them backordered. :( Can't wait until it gets here!!!

    I'm sorry you've had a rough time. Did you buy yours from a Janome dealer by any chance? I went around my dealer and now contact Tin Lizzie directly. Tin Lizzie ended their relationship with Janome recently due to problems with the dealers nationwide. It seems the dealers badmouthed Tin Lizzie as the problem, when it was the dealers who weren't

    I've been stalled on my longarming for over a month now. I'm in withdrawal! I bought a ruler foot for my Tin Lizzie Ansley 26" and it is the wrong foot, so I ordered another one and it's backordered. I'm so frustrated! I could take the quilt off the table and just start another quilt without rulers. But I decided to wait in hopes
