This is the same Desert Winds pattern by Becky Botello that I used for my WInd in the Willows project, but radically reinterpreted in patriotic red white and blue. I spent three days selecting, rejecting, and re-selecting fabric to get the right feel. It was worth the extra time to get the fabric mix just right. This may be my new favorite quilt. It

First find out if the Bargello with a twist class is using a pattern from Maggie Balls book Bargello with a Twist or from Eileen Wrights book Twist and Turn Bargello . If it is from Bargello with a Twist this does not use the strip pieced tube construction technique and will not benefit you in learning to construct

The pattern comes in four sizes. I decided to try three inch strips this time. I really like the larger size strips. There is plenty of room to ease the seams together. It is
. I figured out how I can get the Bargello Designer 32 software to work. ... So that would give me the software I want and get the computer out of her way.
What a great idea. The Bargello Designer 32 software is really easy to learn and use. You will be making your own designs on day one.

Yes EQ7 is compatible with any computer, even Apple computers using an emulator. It will even run on Netbooks, although people complain about the small netbook screen. There is an EQ Software Group here
