What I do is sew pairs together all going in the same direction. I then sew the pairs together in the opposite direction. That way your panels don't get "wavey" or look like a giant banana! Gail in NH

Love what you have done with your own fabric. I ordered the fabric from Plum Creek which is not cut into block kits. I will also be using some of my own fabric for blocks. I'm going to start with the block 12 so that I have the "boring" ones done first. Am about 2 weeks away from getting started. Will keep you posted, but love what you

Several things can be happening. One thing is you may have a burr on your needle. Solution..change the needle. You should be using a 90/14 size needle. You may also be skipping stitches because you have several layers of paper and fabric. Solution..loosen your top tension. Lefty, loosely. In real words, lower the number on the top tension. The other
