well you made me cry. Thank you. It was nice meeting you all. Deb
Debbie, I read in a blog, the other day, that when someone gives you a compliment on your work, just say "thank you". We are ALL critical of our work, from time to time. I always say to people who tell me a quilt made is beautiful

Thanks Leslie, It is a pretty necklace, I am just not sure how it will stay together while wearing it. lol The stone is heavy. Your mystery quilt sounds like fun. Looking forward to pictures. We are going to have freezing rain later today. So going for a Sunday breakfast then staying home this afternoon. Deb
Its a lovely

Thanks CC and Angele. I did not do the carving. Wish I could do something like that. I bought the carved stone off ebay. Actually have a few of them.Birds, Fish, cats, hearts. My son was on a Baseball team called the wolf pack. So I did the wolf. And I planned to do more and never got around to it.
Cute necklace Debbie

Patti thank you. It is a cosy little corner. I put a hummingbird feeder in the window in the summer but sometimes I get distracted from sewing and just end up watch the birds. lol CC.. Thank you.. I went back a few pages to look at your bracelets and beads, They are wonderful! I tried to make jewelry and I am not good at it. My beads were mostly stones

Not quilting yet this morning but I did finish curtains for my sewing area. And repotted a few of my house plants with some fresh soil. (got the garden bug today and its only 9 degrees out. lol) But here is my little sewing area. :)

Oh Jean me too! Now that I decided to try this I am excited and ready to start planning my fabric. lol It will my my first MQ, I was checking out at the past MQ's and they are so pretty. Just hope I can keep up with everybody. :) Deb
Can't wait! I've done two scrappy mystery's of Nana's
I'm gonna try cutting it that way for the next quilt. Thanks for the tip. I might join in on this one if I can finish one quilt before then. Have never done a MQ. Deb

My seams are usually really good, I can get the 1/4" really well. Its the cutting that I mess up. In strips its usually where the fabric is folded it gets wider on me.
