  • Reindeer Leaping Quilt

    Hand dyed, hand painted and commercial printed fabric. 28 X 28 inches. Quilted with white polyester embroidery thread and Sulky Sliver Metallic. Reindeer is flannel with faux chenille mane and fetlocks and trapunto padding.

  • Reindeer Leaping Photoshop design sketch

    My daughter liked the "Crystal Sunset" quilt, which is going to a craft show, so I decided to design a Christmas quilt for her that was similar.     Inspired by a snowstorm between Christmas 2010 and New Year's Day . A few days later low mist and layers of cirrostratus ice clouds produced a sunset that looked like the northern lights.
