    I have a Nolting 18" and a 12 foot table. I have had it about 5 years or so. Honey got a Harley, so a longarm was fair, right?     You should check into a re-seller permit, I think it is called at least in WA state. It allows you to not pay tax on items purchased for"resale" as you then charge your customer tax and that is when it is then sent to the state.     I took a class once, learned I couldn't sew on the lines of the pattern very well. Don't think I ever finished the little project. My daughter that does not even know how to thread a needle, gets paid for folding paper piecing patterns for a distributor, but I have yet to sew those that I got from there either! But, the one thing I do remember

    Of course you should not! Sometimes fabric just hollers so loudly from those shelves, it would be like leaving a starving kitten without a bowl of milk...I am sure it will be beautiful and it will save your sanity someday when the "need" to quilt is with you.

    Thanks to all for the terific welcome. Brewster is right on hwy 97 halfway between Lake Chelan and Omak. Just get on the Columbia and come on to apple country.
