Frances, Barbara, Erin and Marie thanks for the encouraging words. I was really 'hasitant' on hand sewing but find it pretty relaxing and convenient since I can take it with me. Jacy and Sandy tanks for the tip on the piecing I will use it for the secound flower. I will post pictures. Zsofia

I picked a light purple thread I guess I have to match the thread a fabric color a little better. I will try to finish the other two flowers today. Zsofia

Frances here is my first hand sewn flower. I made it today and really like it. My only problem is my stitches show a bit on the front. So my question is how do you make you'd stitches?
