    I've done that. One time I found my bobbing didn't get wound properly and was all loosy goosy, so I now use prewound bobbins; another time I found it was the needle needed replacing make sure the needle matches the fabric and is an embroidery needle; and a third time it seemed the tension got messed up, so I called my local shop that services
