    @Sheila: SO impressed that you're making 3 at once!! Holy moly! I'm struggling to keep up just making one, but I did buy fabric to make a second one LOL!! Now that I have overcome my fear of making HSTs using the tube method, I'm so excited to work on another using different colors. Still don't know what I'll do with the two quilts

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for giving the info about the tube method & someone else posted about the MSQ youtube video using a square ruler to do the same thing. I have studiously avoided using HSTs for a long time due to fright, but I have been able

    Nana: So glad I saw your post about using 3" strips to make the HSTs using the Missouri Star Quilt method! OMGosh!! I have frantically avoided patterns using HSTs because I was so worried about using them, but this is absolutely awesome! Glad I saw the post about starching like crazy, too!! My HSts look awesome & will take so much less time
