  • Falling Ginkgo Leaves Batik Wallhanging

    Wallhanging was very easy to make, fun choosing the colors, Batik fabric lends its self to this project. Hand guided quilting, lightly around the leaves the rest was done very dense giving a great texture.

  • Manzanita Wall Hanging

    This was a very easy to follow quilting project, was pleased with how it went together only took a day..It is a combination of traditional piecing, raw edge fusible web appliqué and beading to create a unique wall hanging. This makes a great weekend project. Beads are available in Fun Stuff. Finished size - Approximately 25 1/2" x 29"

  • Table Topper

    This was a fun project made for my mothers 86th "B" day. "Crazy Eight Strip Teaser" by Jae's Attic, www.sewwhat-quilting.com, takes 8 assorted fabrics from light to dark. The trick in achieving the end results is in the cutting and sewing the light to dark strips together, then the special cutting directions and assembly. Once

    Small picture quilt 12"x14" from F&P Fall 2011 Easy Quilts. I combined machine embroidery with applique to create Julie Bohringers' great project. Using her suggestion, displaying it using a decorative freestanding hanger.

    Candy Corn from the F&P Fall 2011 Easy Quilts, Design by Debbie Beaves. Size 35"x35" 100% Cotton Quilted using Embroidery Machine, Brother PR600. This was such a fun project the prairie points set it off perfectly.
