    I can only have clear liquids today, and laxatives for supper! Colonoscopy tomorrow! So I had to keep busy; worked on some quilt squares for quilting guild and cutting fabric for Christmas table runner for Christmas party exchange for Quilt guild. Oh, and watched the Packer game! Hope everyone out there that is 50-60 yrs old is considering a their routine

    Thanks for the welcome. Grandbaby girl, Hadley, was born a little early, on Oct 8th, down there by you in Kansas City, MO; their family lives adjacent to Liberty, MO! It's a small world isn't it. I love that area of the country. Dawn

    No, this is number 4; This is the first grandchild since I started quilting though. I finished the baby quilt and am now embellishing cloth diapers for burp towels using fabric and machine embroidery. Has been great fun. I, also, want to make each of the new baby's siblings a themed pillowcase so they don't feel left out. Lots of work to do

  • Newbie to QCA, only 3 years quilting

    Hi: to Everyone from Oshkosh, WI: I enjoy everything about this website and the great quilters out there. It is great to find answers/help with my quilting. My problem is always finding the time to quilt, since I work full-time as a home care nurse. So I really love my days off when I am able to quilt. I am slow at it though; I have 2 quilts started
