    You did do a wonderful job on this quilt. This isn't your first quilt, is it??!?!?!! It's beautiful and I would keep it too! But, make another one to go in it's place! :)

    My tip is for marking your fabric in the Quilt Store when you buy it. I always have painting tape (Blue Tape) in my purse. I buy the fabric for my pattern and as soon as it is cut I write on the Painter's Tape what it is for. ...or Fabric A, Fabric B, Fabric C.....and stick it onto the fabric. Now, when I get home I know exactly what each piece

    Congratulations Jeanine! This is a big step....I have a Gammill Classic Longarm Machine and I will give you one piece of advice, even though you did not ask for it (Ha!), Patience:Thread Tension. Enjoy your NEW MACHINE!!!!!!

    I have and use a Gammill Classic Longarm Machine. This is the number one rule to follow when choosing a Longarm Machine....Does it feel right? Same as your domestic machine....our sewing machines are an extension of ourselves. Second rule is: Do you have a company that will back you up with answers and training...usually this will happen at the Store

    Yes I am close to San Marcos.....I live in the town right next to San Marcos call Vista...Takes me 15-20 minutes to drive to QIAD! Lucky, eh?

    Ummmmm....what do we do with our quilts in Beautiful, Southern Californa....had to stick that in. We do lots of things with them, like take a quilt to the beach and after the sun goes down, well it can get a little chilly...of course you want someone else under there with you, in my case...my husband!.....so bring at least a Queen Size! The difference
