    Ladies, Thank you so much for all your thoughts and prayers for my back surgery last Monday 12 of Jan. Im glad I did not know what to expect as in pain because I probabley would have backed out LOL I spent 4 days in hospital and now am in Rehab until I can get around independently. My DH is able to visit daily as it is in our home town. Im being patient

    I was out of town this weekend visiting my DD,DSIL and my precious grandbabies so Im trying to catch up on the news here. I will be having surgery myself tomorrow and would appreciate your prayers. Im having a Lumbar fusion for a ruptured disk , a Lamenectomy for Stenosis and a realignment of my joints caused by spina bifida occulta . I also have a

    Zoe, What a unusual quilt. It is beautiful! It is perfect for her mom who can be reminded that she is with the Lord now and they will meet again someday. What a terrible way to lose your DD. I will be praying for the family and you, too. Susan

    Im finishing the binding on a quilt and started cutting and sewing on another for our bedroom which we painted a pretty blue. Now I need a blue quilt and more throw pillows. I have not had blue in my room before so I needed to tart from scratch. Im using the Lexington by Moda fabric for this one and i also have Everything Blue of which when i started

    Welcome, Laurie ! You can get lots of help here, just ask when you have a question. Also, you can find tutorials on You Tube, Missouri Star quilt company ( Jenny Doan) etc. these are great for beginners and many of us have used them. Hope you find what you need . Susan, North, Florida
