    Thanks, am better today! Got up showered didn't feel trembly. Been up and down several times today so gaining strength.

    Gini- Thanks for thoughts....He went to Dr today and has sinus and ear infection from nasty flu- so antibiotics and back to work Thurs. What a winter....I'll never forget it!

    I had o just pop in and ditto Marie's post...have been struggled since surgery Jan.6-in Hosp. 1 WK. then back 2x. Still doing home IV antibiotics 3x a day total 6wks.. Infection went into bones. On total bed rest too-no sewing EVEN! Hubby got the flu day I got on of Hosp. Going to work tomorrow, à BAD flu! When it rains, pours.....except

    I have been reading and wanting to add comments about the wonderful works you folks are doing. Unfortunately' I have been very I'll. I went into minor toe suffer to clean out arthritis damage and a sml. Broken bone fragmant....out patient surgery took under an hr. 4 days. Later it burned badly under dressing...went to Dr.,then hospital spent

    Yes, it can be a little off color, butis generally close enough to tell if it going to work. Also works well for trying to determine if a fabric that 'reads' as a solid works, or one that doesn't have enough contrast. Try it out on several colorways, it gets to be addictimg!

  • choosing fabric color ways

    When I have trouble choosing which color fabric to use, I print a copy of the fabric on my printer and some squares of the fabrics I plan to use. Then I do it again with another background fabric choice and the same sqs.of fabrics I am using in my blocks. Comparing them this way really helps.
