Right now until the inflammation in her throat goes down she has to take a prilosec in the morning and a zyratec in the evening. They will reevaluate her in 6 weeks and if the process is working then they will continue

Good Morning Everyone, Dr. Lillie gets the prize. Laurie does in fact have acid reflux and it is the cause of all the mystery in her throat. She's one a couple of different medications to clear up the inflammation in her throat and then we'll see if they have to be a continuing part of her daily life. Hooray!
