    Thanks Susanne. I was really surprised too. Koala has a fantastic reputation. The discount code worked during the ordering process. The customer service rep who called to confirm the order told me that it was no longer valid and when I suggested that I'd check with QCA, she said that I should hence my post.

  • Koala Discount expired?

    After a week long struggle to get the free outback extension (their web site wasn't accounting for the free extension correctly), I was finally able to place my order. Today I received a call to confirm my order and was told that the QCA5 discount code has expired. They honored it anyway but perhaps the membership benefits should be updated to reflect
