Barbara I haven't been able to practice since the first of the year. I have been confined to bed. Today is the first day I haven't been there. Maybe in a few days I will be up to quilting again. All of you can quilt for me. Quilty Hugs.

Dawn, When I make my denim quilts I don't use batting. If I want them lighter weight I use 1 piece of flannel and 1piece of denim. If I want it heavier then I use 2 of each. Makes it easier that way. Hope this helps , Quilty Hugs,

Nana , I think the white caps hitting the shore line would be all it would need. You could do that with your quilting. But that is only my opinion. Hope that helps.

I couldn't find it either . But then my bil passed away this on Friday so have been away from the computer till today. So guess I will miss out on this BOM. That is okay. Maybe I can get it some other time.

LaJuan, I will try to answer a few of your questions. on SS. As my SIL is about to go through that. You see we are about to lose my brother-in-law . We are praying he makes it through the next few days. If you are married at the time of your spouses death you will be able to draw a percentage of his SS. Not the whole thing though. Nana, I would rather Hand Quilt than sit at a machine all day. That way if I'm in a car or sitting at a concert listening to my granchildren sing. Or sitting at a Drs. I can always keep my hands busy. Plus every stitch I put in the quilt is a tear of love and a thought of someone. Quilty Hugs. Ann in Indiana

My first large quilt frame was a homemade one. It was made out of 2x2's and saw horse's . I had my husband drill 4 holes in both ends of the 2x2's so I could put long bolts through them to hold the quilt tight.
