I have 32 - 8 in.friendship stars squares made to piece togather foar a scrappy quilt for my nephew . I am thinking of making design forming an M or R , initial , or maybe a flag pattern in center of the quilt ,with patriotic print or Alabama (Crimson Tide) print . Right now , have 10 patriotic squares and 8 Bama squares . will need finished size 72

These squares were started by mom , she was not able to finish before she passed , and wanted all 3 grandkids to get handmade quilt from her , so I finished appliques and stitched together . she would have been very proud . will give to them this coming christmas , will be surprise .

Fisherman Fred I learned to applique , made for oldest nephew for this coming christmas .for another one of mom's grandkids , mom was not able to finish before she passed . will be surprise . can't post on facebook yet , have to wait for christmas . I'm proud to have these finished , accomplshed .
