Here is my attempt at Birds in the Air. Thank you all for your kind comments on my other blocks. This is a great group of ladies! Has anyone posted their finished quilt tops yet in this group? I'd love to see some pictures of finished (or nearly finished) quilts. I'm not sure what color sashing I want to use.....I am leaning towards brown but

Hi everyone - I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas. I am back home from visiting family and working on some of my projects for the next several days. I was able to complete one block today - it was easier to piece together than I originally thought! I may make another one of these. :)

Hi all, I am catching up on my blocks! Here is a picture of 26-30 for my quilt. As you can see...I'm using quite a few reproduction fabrics and trying to stay close to the color scheme in the book. I'm hoping to complete another 10+ blocks over the Christmas holiday!

Hi all, It has been a long while since I've worked on my quilt! So many other quilt projects that I was working on this year as part of our local Quilt Guild. Finally I have found some time to get back to my projects! Here is my floral bouquet. This was difficult - I am not a fan of templates! LOL

This quilt was a round robin project - we had to piece a 24" square center block and then hand off to different quilt guild members each month for 6 months. We had to add borders (triangles, curves, applique, etc.) until finished. The quilt was then given back to the creator at our Christmas party this month. The 4 squares were supposed to have

I just finished a UFO! So happy. This was a kit from Shabby Fabrics that I've had for a few years! LOL. A beautiful table runner for Valentines Day 2013!
