My 7700 is only about a month old, I am still learning new stuff. I love it. I traded my 6600 in on it. I love both machines. I would have loved to keep the 6600 as well, but finances wouldn't let me...I had to trade. I love this machine!!!!!

I have finished sewing my blocks together and wondered what you used as the "frame" border. I am thinking 2.5" strips, then for the outside border a piano key with 2.5"x8.5" strips. I didn't think I was going to like this one, it's way outside my box and I had no control. But, I love it and can't wait to finish it

I didn't do the slashing again. I asked my husband and he loves them the way they are, so off to sew them together and put a border treatment on. I am not too happy with the blocks, but am sure I will like it once it is done. I seem to be that way!! I will post pics when it is together, hopefully later this evening or tomorrow.
