I used painter's tape for a guide to make even lines on top of a portion of a quilt. Re-used it several times.

I used a hot glue gun and tacked the quilt to the wall. I had used a cheap sheet for the backing, and the quilt will probably never be moved, so it worked!

Celery is very cheap, should have let her ring it up that way, lol j/k.

I thought I was doing something wrong when my thread kept breaking. I had bought large spools of overlock thread. I was attempting to use my serger. It turned out the thread was actually in pieces on the spool! It was really aggravating rethreading the serger so many times before I figured it out!

I'm new to sewing and quilting. My sweetie loves when I buy things to help me. He's an auto tech and has way too many tools. He understands the need for tools! He made an extension table out of foam insulation ( the hard stuff) and a foot platform so I can sit properly when hovering over the machine. His motto is, "get it". lol. He

Coffee filters make a great template for circle cuts, and can act as stabilizer. They work great for piece work too!
