    Darlene, I had a very small detailed pattern once too, I made a copy of the section that I was concerned about, then did a practice piece. I still had the original pattern piece to use to make my quilt. The practice piece helped me work the kinks out and the finished piece was beautiful. Nancy

    Robin, Do you use a design wall to help you stay organized? I have a flannel backed vinyl tablecloth tacked to the wall in my sewing room (flannel side out) that I use all the time to keep my designs straight. I'd be lost without it. Nancy

    Robin, Your quilt is beautiful, love the colors. I've been thinking about trying this pattern myself but in a smaller size block, not too sure about all those seams coming together in the middle though. Nancy

    Hi, I'm Nancy. I live in Buckeye, AZ. I've done quite a bit of paper piecing, started years ago when I saw it demonstrated at a quilt show. Just recently completed my second Judy Niemeyer pattern and I love the finished product. If I can figure out how to post a picture of the quilt I will.
