I recently made a baby quilt for a coworker to give to her niece as a baby shower gift. Should I label it?? If so what do I put on the label, normally I would say who it was made for but in this case I don't know. Also should I include washing instructions or Shout Out sheets?

I just enjoy the process of making a quilt. i usually give them for gifts but this co-worker has seen some of my stuff and asked if I would make her one. She already gave me $100 to put towards fabric and I am pretty sure she knows how much they cost. My quilts aren't perfect so I don't want to overcharge her but I don't want to lowball

This was a pattern I found in a charm pack book. I picked the fabrics some of which I had on hand and others I got on eBay. The size is 39X43. I saw somewhere else to double or triple. Doesn't $150 seem high? I am making another one now because I got 24 squares from the pooh fabric, but using different colors. My mom has a gammill so I will quilt

A coworker of mine asked that I make a Winnie the Pooh baby quilt for her. I have no idea what to charge. The total cost of fabric, backing, batting is $50. Any ideas on how to come up with a price would be appreciated.

Has anyone ordered the new EQ Stitch program? I have a brother embroidery machine and digitizing software that is too complicated. This new program looks easy and I love that you can digitize any font on your computer.

What kind of cotton batting do you use? I use Quilters Dream but it seems to be really thin lately.

Has anyone joined the Eleanor Burns Pattern Party? I really like the Zig Zag Quilt pattern.

Well it was finally setup around 4pm.... Mom and I were so excited to get started and realized all the quilts we had waiting in the closet had backing fabric with them but not backing actually sewn to size. So after whipping up a back to a quilt we loaded and quilted. It was amazing!! After 3 hours we had a quilt done! Now don't worry we have a
