    Magazines all run like that. My mother subscribed to a Crochet magazine. Every time she got a renewal notice, she renewed. So when she died in 2001 I changed the magazine address and had them send them here. I got the last one in March. That's right March 2014. Talk about taking advantage of the public! Jan

    I'm Finally checking in. I am doing this in green, red, and white with gold swirls. I have the fabric picked, had all the hst's cut, sewn and squared last week and am finished with this week except for squaring about 40 4 patches. But darned if I can get the camera and the computer to talk to each other. Will post pics as soon as I can get the

    We used a tube method for MQ 9 that was quick, easy, and saved some fabric. The directions may still be there as well as a link to a video I think. For this quilt it would go like this. Cut 9 strip each 3 inches wide from dark and light fabrics. Put one dark and 1 light right sides together. Sew 1\4 inch seam down both sides. Take a square up ruler

    Mandaline23 You can join any of the Mystery Quilts and go to the Media page. Some are just the finished ones and some in progress. I have mine 3 through 9 but am not at the right computer. Could get them though if you still want them in the future. jan in Rochester

    I agree with not being able to get the fabric at sales this weekend. I rarely get to go out during the week so I will have to wait till Saturday! Or borrow DD's car when DH is at work on Tuesday. . . then he doesn't see the bill . . . and isn't sure if it is new fabric. . .hmmm. I can't wait to get going. Jan in Rochester

    Judy I think that is wonderful for a first try. I don't think when I hand quilted my 3rd quilt the stitches were that even. Keep practicing, you are doing great! Jan in Rochester

    Oh Maggie, I am so sorry for your loss. Each one of our pets have been like children to us an we have definitely mourned deeply their losses. Thoughts and prayers and internet hugs coming your way.
