    Marilyn While it is not the greatest of experiences, I don't have to do ANY housework what s ever, and my husband totally understands! Granted I can't shower unless he is home to bag my arm and squeeze the shampoo bottle, however that's a small price to pay!! Louise

    Effie I have been dreaming, as a few days prior to the accident I had purchased all the fabric that I needed to make a quilt for a friend of mine! Oh well, she MIGHT get it for Christmas! lol Louise

    Grace Thank you for your well wishes as well, and please let your friend know that she is not the only quilter "out of commission"! A truly nice friend that I met made me 2 slings so that I don't have to wear the boring one that was sent home from the hospital with me! The fabric that I chose has pink & blue bunnies "having FUN"

    I hate to be the barrier of not so good news, however I was in an accident 2 - 2 1/2 weeks ago, and I am now wearing 6 pins in my left arm/wrist/thumb for the next 6 weeks or more! If anyone would like a photo, I have one! lol So I will not be quilting for at least 3 months, and did not get the PEI block done! Let me tell you, if it weren't for

    Marylin I will be picking up my machine this afternoon. Did I mention that we got a new puppy? His name is Dozer ( as in bulldozer) , he is 10 weeks old this Friday, and is a Brindle Boxer.     Hello They called me before I could call them! My machine is ready, however my husband gets paid tomorrow! So now I can pick it up tomorrow and I hope that they give me a discount on the book that I ordered! I had already paid for the repair, cleaning and servicing to the machine way back when I brought the machine in! I can't be running to town
