I'm not sure if this has been asnwered yet. Do you have any hints on hand basting a quilt. I have already used temporary adhesive but want to hand baste it also. Are there any videos that may help?? I plan to machine quilt with a walking foot. Thanks

Hi Barbara I have an eye problem (no depth perception) and this is the first iron I've had that stays put. I was always dropping the others. Even the expensive Rowenta I had was a problem with the cord and it falling over. I was shocked at the low price. It's now even cheaper at Amazon. Hmm! T-fal should pay me for the endorsement. LOL

Hi Juli I didn't read all the posts so if this has been recommended, ignore me. :-) When my iron went south, I went to the Consumer Reports site and the #1 was T-Fal Ultraglide Easycord Iron.
