    I have been trying since May 2013 to renew my premium membership. The website will not accept my credit card as I am in Canada. I have sent a message to in June and it is still an open request. I have tried to phone and have let the phone ring continuously for over 1 hour with no answer many times! Help!!

    Thank you gini! I love to applique but don't get as much time for it as I would like. I'm sure we are all in the same boat.
