Thanks so much for all the advice. I tried it on my printer and they are turning out wonderful. I am useing all the pictures for the circle in the dresden plate and am making it out of the bright 30's print. It is going to be an awesome quilt.

I have a dell 946 printer not sure if it an ink jet or not. I guess I need to look into it. It would be better for me to do it here at home. Thanks that is a great idea.

Thanks for the ideas. I found some paper at Joanns but it is for the ink jet printer. Kinkos will only copy them for me on laser fabric paper.

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone knows where to by laser photo transfer fabric paper? I am making a Dresden plate quilt for my in-laws 50th and am putting pictures in the middle of the plates. I have all the plates sewed down but can't find the paper. Kinlos said they would copy for me. Thanks for any ideas.

The Seam Rippers meet the 2nd Wednesday of every month. I will post new stuff after the meeting. Next month they are going to learn how to blanket stitch and use fusible web. I have about 14 girls. They are awesome and so willing to learn. They are not afraid to go out of the box if you know what I mean. Have a wonderful weekend. Roxie

  • Long Arm

Hi all. I am the gal that has the Youth Quilt group (The Seam Rippers) in Utah. Can anyone suggest a long arm that would be easy for the girls to use but won't cost me a fortune. We are going to be doing charity quilts in the future and just thought I would start looking around. I appreciate any help that you can give. Have a wonderful day.
