    It looks like the polystyrene has it. The walls are 8 feet high so I will go with 8 ft square. That will cover most sizes. I am thinking of a pale grey. My previous wall was white and it sometimes didn't work. I have just been out ordering windows for my new room. Nice wide ones to go around the corner where I will have the sewing machine. The design

  • Design Wall

    I am just the luckiest girl in the whole world. I am having a sewing room built just for me. I want to have a permanent design wall. Looking around people recommend polystyrene sheets covered with flannel. My husband thinks that putting pins into the foam will break it down. Mostly things will stick to the flannel but at times I have had to pin blocks

  • Reversible Log Cabin

    Does anyone know of a pattern or technique to create a reversible log cabin quilt? I think it must be done as a quilt as you go for the individual blocks then joined together but I just can't work out how it could be done. I have Googled but haven't come up with anything. Hope someone out there knows what I am talking about and can steer me

  • G'day. I need a game

    Our quilt group is having their Christmas party in a restaurent. Some of the games we have played previously would make too much mess or be just not be suitable. Does anybody have an idea for something a bit different or unusual? I don't want to spend a lot of time playing games as we need our time to eat and talk but a bit of fun is always good
