  • Solid-q?

    Hi everyone, A friend just asked me if I had ever heard of a solid-q quilting pattern. I told her I hadn't. She saw it in a spec for a product she is working on; solid-q reversible pattern. Has anyone else heard of this? Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Karen...

    I'm sure the people that take care of those kitties and doggies would disagree. Have you ever seen a cat in a cage with no towel or blanket? Have you seen one with a blanket? Even if they just hide underneath it, they feel a little safer and a little warmer. And, the handmade things I've seen come through the humane society where I volunteer

    Hi Everyone, I don't know if you've seen the Feb/Mar 2010 issue of Quilters Newsletter, but there is an article in by Holly Hassett. She says "Taking the time to reflect on your journey as a quiltmaker will help you recognize both technical and creative growth." She suggests 5 exercises "to explore your quilting self". I
