This quilt was a pass around quilt. I provided the pattern for the Peace & Plenty block with a sample of the block and asked the others to use yellow for the background and coordinating fabrics to the multi-color fabrics in the sample. Once it had gone around, I added as many blocks as I needed t complete the quilt, then added a flying geese border

I used the Chopsticks pattern by Jaybird Quilts for this quilt. The fabrics are a combination of Laurel Birch's Secret Jungle and assorted coordinating fabrics.

This quilt is made from old sweatshirts and Minnesota Shop Hop fabric. Most of the sweatshirts had an outdoorsy theme so the fabrics put it all together. I had posted this earlier, before it was finished. The church women tied this quilt and we bound it in black. It will be sold at a Holiday Market or donated to ALS.

This is an original design by me. I created lots of half square triangles, then played around with the layout until I found something I really liked.

I used a fat quarter bundle of batiks in rainbow hues to make this quilt. The quilting is done in hearts of different sizes.

This quilt was made from men's shirts in memory of my friend's father. He was a Gideon so I made copies of his favorite verses from a small Bible he would hand out and sewed them into the design. I wasn't sure if the selection of shirts was going to work together but the fabric we chose for the border and backing worked very well at bringing

I found this fabric in the church stash and decided to fussy cut it to make a charity quilt.

This is a charity quilt that will be quilted by a church group. Scraps were used to make the blocks with a white background. The Urban Cabin pattern was used and the block placement varied to get the design.
