Thanks for the congrats, everyone! It's exciting to think about. I wish they weren't all so far away. You never think about your children settling down far away from you. At least I never did. I always assumed they'd all stay close. Oh, well. Gives me a destination and a good reason to go when I want to get out of town. Krista still insists

Lillie, thanks for reminding me about this quilt. I'd forgotten about it, but you know, it'd be just perfect for me, I think. Do you have a pattern? Donna, those pillows are so cute! You did an amazing job on the Onesie project and have created a keepsake for Cedric that will be treasured his whole life. Jo, it's good to hear you are back

Lillie, thanks for sharing the link. I'm not going to do it of course, but it did make me feel a surge of hope of things to come. Inspiration. I've been doing PT on my shoulder for a couple of weeks and I'm getting strong enough to sew for short periods of time as long as I keep the thread short enough so I don't have to lift my elbow

Robin, I don't envy you having to strip wall paper, but in the end it'll be so worthwhile. When will you be moving in? Have you chosen your colors yet?
Hi Ladies, I am so happy.....my back is almost normal. I can walk standing up straight instead of hunched over because my back hurt. I don't have to hold on to things in the house when I walk. I even did exercises to "Sit and Be Fit" that I have recorded. I haven't done those for over a year. I have

Hoping eveyone's okay and that everyone on the east side of the US is surviving the blizzard. Down here it's just scary windy with sprinkles. Thank goodness most of the dead branches were blown down with last week's storm.
Linny---so sorry to hear that you are still having so much pain but then that's typical for any shoulder surgery. Please refresh me on what surgery you had and why you need to have another surgery.
Rotator cuff reattachment and then had a car accident which tore the repair.

Lillie, that baby bear quilt is just adorable! I have seen quilts like this before, but never made into the shape of a bear. Too cute!

Lillie,s I'm glad your doctor gave you such hope about the lump. They don't do that if they don't believe it's true. I'll be praying everything's okay. Hope you had fun in your class today. Robin, good to hear from you. Your new home sounds like a lot of work, but a work of love with all family doing so much of it. Imagine how

Diane and Lillie, I can't imagine how disconcerting it is to have that cataract surgery. It must be maddening to have to use those drops all the time on top of not being able to see right. Diane, I pray that your eye gets better quick so you don't have to suffer so. I went to the eye doctor when I was out with my shoulder surgery and he told
