no problem and I just read through the cutting directions, which I should have done first, and I am really confused by all the confusion. Its all just there but I think everyone is trying to second guess or get ahead of themselves. Chill people and just cut what you are told to do and wait for the 29th for further instructions. I generally enjoy the mystery quilts here, but think I might sit this one out too. I'm not a big fan of Modern quilts and even though I haven't read through the cutting directions the rabid panic scares me. Plus I refuse to buy more fabric and in my stash I have the oppisite - more dark yardage than the light and no one has answered me if there

I think it was said that if she "likes" a fabric, she buys 3 yards. I think we all should wait until the 15th when fabric amounts will be published, along with the cutting instructions

I have done MQ 5, 6 & 7 and 2 more from other sites and this is the best one by far. Clear and unsderstandable from start to finish. I did the New Year's one from another site and in my honest opinion it was nothing but a big cluster... So looking forward to this :)
