Cindy the quilt is gorgeous! I too love the black and white blocks behind you. I've done that pattern in purples and white and it's such a fun block! Makes a gorgeous quilt top! I have a completed top I need to get quilted. Customer quilts first tho!

Ann, I would suggest joining local guilds also. It is a good way, using show and tell of your work, to get other people interested and future customers. Good luck with building your business. It builds fast once it starts!

Karen, I have a Halloween wall hanging to quilt and I was thinking of doing a free-hand spider web on it just for fun.....I'm sure there are pantos out there for spider webs too. I thought I'd look at a few images and see what I could come up with for free-hand

Elizabeth, I am so glad that your attention to detail and your beautiful work was appreciated the way it was. What a wonderful thing. That quilt is beautiful and you deserved every cent of that payment! What a blessing to be appreciated!

MNNancy, right across the parking lot from Glacier Quilts is a huge sporting goods store...everything from bicycling to hunting equipment....kinda like Cabela's but not! LOL Surely your hubby will be able to keep himself occupied while you "shop" at Glacier Quils! :)

Jeanine, I love Glacier Quilts! Haven't been there in a couple of years tho....it's a great store with a wonderful selection and very friendly, helpful staff! I miss that store although Bear Paw Quilts is pretty close! :-)

Hi Bonnie from another Bonnie! It's funny how we all name our quilters. My Gammill is Lucille.....my granddaughter names everything and had named my car Lizzie and my gps Laverne so I got to thinking that my quilter needed to be Lucille....keeping with the "L" theme you know! :)
