  • Dresden heart pattern

Has anyone ever seen a Dresden Heart pattern? I was at a quilt show and there was a quilt there in that pattern but no one knew where the pattern came from. It's like a Dresden plate only in a heart shape with a heart in the middle too. Any info appreciated. Marilyn

My sister was a great quilter and quilted most of hers by hand. Unfortunately, she passed away about the time I started on my quilting journey. I so miss her help and advice although when I'm

  • Re: Wrong sized block. HELP!!!

I just finished about 68 log cabin blocks with photos in the center block and I have the same problem. They are coming up about 1/4" small. I was so happy to read these suggestions (wish I had seen it before I pressed all of them). I'm going to try spraying them and pressing again. It is for a family reunion quilt. Wish me luck! Marilyn
