boy I forgot how much you guys chat on here...lol...22 pages of chat since Dec 30..when I was on here last...don't think I can sit and read through them all..just not enough time...the retreat looks nice but not on the books at the moment..got lots going on right now...and really enjoying my quilting time here in my sewing room..boy do I love it

Hi...Edith and I are doing great thanks...we are staying in Canada for the winter this year...the boat is for sale but if it doesn't sell we will just bring it home and use it here. quilting like crazy and loving it!! teaching again and loving that too. Joined a new guild and that is working out well and they have a spur group of applique ladies

I really don't think there is any difference between left and right other than put the extra fabric to the side of the hand that has the rotary cutter in it...welcome Burt/Lynne

I love quilters lumberyard....I am keeping control of the smaller scraps and it is amazing how many pieces you can get out of cut off borders and end of strips...I have quite a collection o them now..I still need to go into my scrap basket and cut some of them up...but I do that when I just feel like cutting...really is a great idea..and I don't

years ago quilters used whatever they could find and rarely bought large quantities of one fabric...we can get way more creative and make more one of a kind quilts...it is more fun to make a quilt out of fabric that you have chosen and not some designer....IMHO
